SMS messaging policy

Who sends, from where

SMS reminders are sent by reproRemind through Twilio, a CTIA-compliant SMS provider, from our A2P-approved sender 940-233-9100 (United States).

Message types you may receive

• Tomorrow-tasks digest: a single message summarizing tasks due tomorrow.
• Calving digest: morning summary of the prior day's calvings on your domain.
• Missed-step alert: protocol step missed past its acceptable window.
• Event-logged routes: optional per-event-type SMS that the farm admin configured.
• Account / security: occasional transactional messages for sign-in, billing, or support.

How often

Frequency varies by what is on your calendar. Typical farm: a few messages per week during breeding season, fewer the rest of the year. Each plan has a monthly cap; you can see your usage on /settings/billing.

Opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any reproRemind SMS at any time. We honor STOP / STOPALL / UNSUBSCRIBE / CANCEL / QUIT / END as opt-out keywords. After STOP, we stop sending you SMS immediately. You can opt back in by replying START or YES.

Opt back in — START

Reply START or YES from the same number to resume SMS. You can also re-enable per-channel preferences inside the app at /settings/sms.

Carrier costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. ReproRemind does not charge you for SMS itself.

Consent

You opt in to SMS by giving us your mobile number and confirming opt-in inside the app. We do not SMS people who have not given express consent. Vets, repro experts, and team members invited to your domain receive their own opt-in flow.
