No. The IVF toolkit — donors, sires, lots, recipient assessment, embryo transfers, and calf traceability — is a paid-plan feature. Free covers conventional breeding workflows (AI, natural service, preg-check, calving). Upgrade to any paid plan to enable IVF, and your existing herd data carries over.
You'll see a banner suggesting an upgrade. We do not auto-bill you for the higher tier — you choose when to upgrade. Existing records stay exactly as they were; you simply cannot create new cows past the cap until you move up.
No. The price you see is the price. SMS reminders are included on all paid plans within fair-use limits. No setup fee, no per-user upcharge, no per-vet upcharge.
From Settings → Billing, click Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account moves to read-only — you can still log in, run reports, and export your data as CSV and PDF.
