30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid ReproRemind plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide ReproRemind isn't right for your operation within 30 days of your first payment on a paid plan, email us at support@reproremind.com and we will refund the full amount of your most recent charge.
How to request a refund
Send a single email to support@reproremind.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The email address on your ReproRemind account.
- The plan you signed up for (Starter / Ranch / Operation / Custom).
- Optional: a one-line note about what didn't work for you. We don't require it, but it helps us improve the product.
We process refund requests within one business day. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's covered
- First payment on any paid plan (monthly or annual), refunded in full.
- Whether you used the product for one day or all 30, the refund applies the same way — there is no usage threshold or pro-rate.
What's not covered
- Subsequent renewals after the first 30 days. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel from /settings/billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Custom-priced plans (Operation+ at over 750 head) are governed by the separate written agreement between you and ReproRemind.
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original charge.
- Repeated abuse of the policy (for example, signing up, requesting a refund, and signing up again under a new email). We reserve the right to deny a second refund request from the same individual or operation.
Free plan reminder
The Free plan exists exactly so you can try ReproRemind without committing to a paid plan. Free supports up to 10 cows, email reminders, and access for one vet seat plus one repro-expert seat — and there is no time limit. If you are unsure whether ReproRemind fits your operation, the Free plan is the right place to find out before paying.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the most recent payment. If you want both — cancel and refund — say so in your email. Cancellation alone takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account moves to read-only access (you can still log in, view records, and export your data).
