Inviting your vet or repro expert
Vets and experts use ReproRemind for free. Send them an invite from Team settings and they see your herd from their own login while the invitation is active.
Where to invite from
Go to Settings → Team. Type your vet's email, pick the role "Vet" (or "Repro Expert" for an AI tech / repro consultant), and click Send invitation. They get an email with a one-click acceptance link.
What they see
After accepting, your vet logs in to their own free account. They see every farm that invited them in their dashboard. One click switches between farms. They can record events on your herd, leave timeline notes, and see reports while the invitation is active.
Access
An active invitation lets the consultant work on your farm. You can revoke access any time from Settings → Team — their cross-farm dashboard stops showing your farm immediately.
Cost
Free, forever, on every plan including Free. The Free plan includes one vet seat and one repro-expert seat; paid plans include unlimited consultant invites. There is no per-vet upcharge.
