Inviting your vet or repro expert

Vets and experts use ReproRemind for free. Send them an invite, set the permissions you want, and they see your herd from their own login.

Where to invite from

Go to Settings → Team. Type your vet's email, pick the role "Vet" (or "Repro Expert" for an AI tech / repro consultant), and click Send invitation. They get an email with a one-click acceptance link.

What they see

After accepting, your vet logs in to their own free account. They see every farm that invited them in their dashboard. One click switches between farms. They can record events you authorize, leave timeline notes, and see all reports.

Permissions

From Settings → Team, expand a consultant row to set what they can record on your domain:

Record preg-checks — typical for vets.
Record calvings — typical for vets and AI techs.
Record health notes — depends on the relationship.

You can revoke access any time. Their cross-farm dashboard simply stops showing your farm.

Cost

Free, forever, on every plan including Free. There is no per-vet upcharge and no separate vet plan to enroll them in. Your subscription pays for the platform; their seat is a feature of yours.
